Before you order or once it has arrived, write to us. Every message lands on our desk, and a person replies in 12 to 24 hours on weekdays.

Ask about measurements, materials or how much a container holds. We help you choose before you buy.
Someone from the shop reads your message and writes back on working days.
A tracking code rides along with every order. Misplaced it? Share your order number and the desk digs it out.
Write to the desk with your order number and a photo. We would much rather untangle it together with you.

We run a small general store online, all about the kitchen and the table. Instead of ten thousand products we keep four aisles and fill them with things that make a meal easier from start to finish: a peeler that sits well in the hand, a jar with a lid that closes, a rack that fits beside the sink.
